A general Services page can leave questions open.

Someone looking for drain work needs different information from someone planning a water-heater replacement. Your pages should explain the work you take, where you take it and how someone asks about it.

Before proposing changes, we examine the services you want inquiries about and the places you actually serve. We do not assume more calls are useful if the office cannot handle the calls it already gets.

A starting point you can check.

  1. Your business details

We compare your name, phone, hours and service-area information across the listings in scope. You confirm the correct facts before we submit changes.

  2. The plumbing work you take

We examine whether a customer can distinguish drain work, repairs and planned replacements where those are services you actually offer.

  3. A useful page for a real question

We propose pages where the work and the customer’s questions justify them. A page should help someone understand a service, with details supplied by your business.

Report what changed.

The report records the starting point, the changes and what happened afterwards. Search Console, Business Profile activity and dated search checks can show different parts of that picture. What we can measure depends on the records available.

A recorded click or call does not establish a paid plumbing job. If the records cannot connect a search to a booking or invoice, the report says so.

Agree the work before it starts.

Start with a free call. If a closer look is useful, the paid Discovery Audit examines the agreed questions and produces one report plus a walkthrough. Any page work, listing changes or continuing support is decided separately.

Common questions.

Will you promise more emergency calls?

No. We agree the research, corrections and page work we will do. Search positions, inquiry volume and completed jobs depend on factors beyond that work.

Do we need a separate page for each town?

Only where the service and useful local detail justify it. We do not begin with a list of towns and duplicate the same page.

When will a listing correction appear?

We can record when a change is submitted and check its status. Google and other directories decide whether and when it appears.

Tell us how customers find your plumbing business now.

A free 30-minute call, nothing to prepare, no access to your systems. If what you describe isn’t worth changing, we’ll tell you, and it won’t have cost you anything but the call.
