These terms cover use of the Anteform website at anteform.ai. Using the site means you agree to them. Work carried out under an engagement is governed by the agreement signed for it, not by this page.
This site is information. Nothing on it is a quote, a contract, or advice, and nothing here promises a result. Paid work runs under a separate agreement we sign with you.
Who we are
Anteform is operated by MCNABB MADDEN AI CONSULTING LTD., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using this site.
What this site is
This site describes what we do and how we work, so you can decide whether a conversation is worth having. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and reading it does not start a working relationship.
Use it normally. Do not try to break it, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.
Booking a call
The booking link hands you to Google Calendar, which is not ours, and Google’s terms apply while you are there. Booking costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is a conversation, not the start of an engagement.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a result. Not lead volume, a ranking, a revenue figure, an advertising outcome, or a number of hours saved. What a system does for a business depends on that business.
The same limit applies to anything automated. Automated output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuited to a case nobody anticipated. That is why the systems we describe stop and wait for a person where the work needs judgment.
Intellectual property
The words, diagrams, and material on this site are ours. Read them, quote them with attribution, and share the link. Do not republish them as your own.
The Anteform name and mark are ours too. Do not use them to present yourself as us, or to suggest we endorse something we do not.
Links to other places
Some links leave this site. We do not control those places and are not responsible for what they do.
Work under an engagement
Nothing on this site is an offer to work, and nothing you send us creates an engagement. Paid work begins when we both sign an agreement setting out scope, price, and terms. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or from relying on anything on it. This applies whether a claim is made in contract, in tort including negligence, or on any other basis.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we move the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use it after that means the new version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of British Columbia, and you agree those courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
