Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Anteform website at anteform.ai, and explains what it collects and what it does not. Work carried out under an engagement is governed by the agreement signed for it, not by this page.
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and loads nothing from a third party. If you never contact us, the only record is a short-lived server log we never export.
Who we are
Anteform is operated by MCNABB MADDEN AI CONSULTING LTD., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. It is the entity responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect
- Almost nothing, if you only read. There is no form on this site that submits anything.
- What you send us. If you email us, we hold that email and whatever is in it.
- What you enter when booking. Booking a call collects your name, your email address, and your answer to one question about the work you want to fix.
- How the site is used. Pages viewed, approximate region, browser and referring site. This is measured without cookies and is not tied to a name.
- Your IP address. Reaching any website means handing it to the server, where our host keeps it in a short-lived access log.
Why we collect it
We use it to answer you, to run the call you booked, and to see which parts of the site people read. The access logs exist so our host can deliver the site and notice misuse. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Three providers, and no others:
- Vercel hosts the site. Their servers keep short-lived access logs, which include IP addresses. We do not export or retain those logs.
- Google provides our email and the calendar that takes bookings, so anything you email us or enter when booking is held in Google Workspace.
- PostHog measures site usage. It runs through this domain rather than loading from theirs, and is configured to store nothing on your device.
Details from enquiries are kept in a spreadsheet inside the same Google Workspace.
Where it goes
Our analytics data is processed in the United States, and our email and calendar provider may process data outside Canada. Information held outside Canada is subject to the laws of the country it is held in, including lawful access by authorities there. We stay responsible for information a provider handles on our behalf.
How long we keep it
- Usage measurements. Twelve months, the retention window on our analytics plan.
- Booking records. Twelve months after the call.
- Enquiries that do not become work. Twenty-four months after we last hear from you.
- Contracts and invoices. Six years after the tax year they fall in, which is what Canadian tax law requires.
- Server access logs. Kept briefly by our host and not retained by us.
Your rights
Canadian federal law and British Columbia provincial law give you the right to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to withdraw consent. We will also delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Because usage is measured without cookies, those measurements are not linked to any person. We cannot find your usage data to show you or delete it, because we cannot tell which of it is yours.
Security
Access inside Anteform is role-based, and every approval is recorded against the person who made it. The site itself takes no credentials and holds no client systems. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it will never be exposed.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we move the “Last updated” date above. We note material changes at the top of this page.
