Data Deletion

Anything this site holds about you can be deleted on request. This page sets out how that works, what we can remove, and what we cannot.
Email privacy@anteform.ai from the address you contacted us from. Say what you want removed, or say everything. That is the whole process.
How we check it is you
We check the address your email comes from. If it matches one we hold, that is enough.
We will not ask for a passport or any other identity document. Proving who you are would mean handing us more personal information than you are asking us to delete.
If we hold nothing for your address, we will say so. There is nothing for you to prove.
What we can delete
- Email. The messages between us, and any notes taken from them.
- Booking records. The calendar entry, your name and email on it, and the answer you gave when booking.
- Enquiry details. Any row about you in the spreadsheet we keep of enquiries.
What we cannot delete, and why
Site usage is measured without cookies, so those measurements are not linked to anyone. There is no name, no account, and nothing stored on your device to connect a visit to a person. That means we cannot locate your usage data in order to remove it, because we cannot tell which of it is yours.
Our host also keeps short-lived access logs that include IP addresses. We never export them and cannot remove a single line from them, but they expire on their own.
Both are a consequence of collecting less, not of protecting more. We would rather explain that than claim a capability we do not have.
What we keep afterwards
Two things survive a deletion request.
- A record that you asked. The date, what was removed, and when we confirmed it. Nothing about you beyond that.
- Contracts and invoices, if we have worked together. Canadian tax law requires these be kept for six years. They cannot be deleted on request, and we will tell you which records fall into this category.
How long it takes
We confirm within thirty days, which is the period Canadian privacy law allows. In practice it is usually the same week. If a request will take longer, we will tell you before the thirty days are up, and why.
If you are unhappy with the outcome
Tell us first, at privacy@anteform.ai. If that does not resolve it, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

This page covers information Anteform holds about you through this website. Work carried out under an engagement is covered by the agreement signed for it, which sets out how data in a client system is handled, returned, and deleted.
