What we found when we looked
We looked at HVAC search across Metro Vancouver in September 2026. The race to publish the most pages is over. The map results near your own shop are still open, and that is where we work.
- One HVAC company here has 564 pages on its site. Five more have between 47 and 296. Checked September 2026
- Those pages are good. We sampled two from the largest site. Each ran to about 3,000 words, and they were almost entirely different from each other. Checked September 2026
- Every kind of search already has an owner. Look up a heat pump installation in Surrey and most of the first page is a page written for that job in that city. Checked September 2026
A new batch of city pages will not move you. Anyone selling you fifty of them is selling a race that has already been run.
Search results move, so we check again before quoting anything.
Where there is still room
-
The map, near you
The map results turn mostly on how close you are and how well known you are. A shop in Surrey has an edge in Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Delta and Cloverdale that 564 pages cannot buy.
-
Your facts, the same everywhere
An old address on a directory. Hours that changed two winters ago. A page from an earlier version of the site that Google still shows. Each one tells Google you might be two businesses.
-
Reviews, asked for steadily
This one is mostly yours. Customers have to be asked, steadily, and the asking has to come from you. We can draft the message. Nothing we build replaces the asking.
-
Rebate questions
Homeowners search for the CleanBC and BC Hydro rebates, and the rules are complicated. When we checked in September 2026, nobody here had answered them well. In our view, a clear, current page on what your customers can claim is the clearest opening. Rebate rules change, so we check them again before any work.
-
What people type when something breaks
Furnace blowing cold air. Heat pump not heating when it drops below minus ten. Whoever types that needs a visit this week.
Fewer towns, done properly
Six towns you can reach before lunch do more than fifteen pages for places you never drive to. Each needs real jobs and real photos from that town.
If your shop is in Surrey, we will not title your pages for Vancouver. It is about thirty kilometres away and the most crowded search in the region.
What we will not do
- Promise a position, a number of calls, or revenue. Nobody can promise those honestly.
- Invent anything. No made-up service areas, reviews, prices or licences. Every public claim is one you confirmed first.
- Write a promise your hours do not back. If you do not run a truck at two in the morning, the page will not say you do.
- Run your ads. That is a different job.
The findings on this page are ours, checked in September 2026.
How long it takes
Timing depends on the work, your current site and listings, and the questions being examined. We agree research and Build dates separately.
You decide on the paid Audit, any Build and optional support separately. We do not promise a date for rankings or calls.
Phone already ringing more than you can answer? That is the other half: call answering for HVAC companies. The same local search work for other kinds of business is on the Local Visibility page.
